|Age (at audition)||34, 58|
The Bandbaz Brothers were born in Iran, but live in Las Vegas. Amir's father was an acrobat, and Amir entered the family trade when he was eight years old. He soon found himself a part of the act with his favorite nephew Jose. Five years before the audition, Amir went off to retirement. Two weeks before the audition, Jose called Amir up, and they agreed to audition together for America's Got Talent performing the same act they had performed five years prior.
The Bandbaz Brothers' audition in Episode 707 consisted of performing dangerous acrobatic feats such as balancing one's head upside down on a sword being held up by the mouth, carrying an entire body with just one's head, and bending one's legs down one's chest to stand upright on top of someone else's shoulders. Howard Stern, Sharon Osbourne, Howie Mandel all voted "Yes," sending the act to the Vegas Round.
The Bandbaz Brothers was one of three acts (the other two being Charlie C and Ivy Rose) that were instantly eliminated from the competition in Episode 711 without getting a chance to perform in Las Vegas.
Wild Card (Quarterfinals)Edit
The Bandbaz Brothers were brought back by Sharon Osbourne for the Wild Card Show. The duo's Quarterfinals performance in Episode 724 consisted of one of the members supporting the other's body with a thin sword-like mouth piece while the other hung upside down supporting his entire body with his own sword-like mouth piece. The act did not receive enough votes to be sent to the Semifinals, eliminating it from the competition in Episode 725 along with Ben Blaque, instead of Sebastien "El Charro de Oro".
