The Vegas Round of Season 8 of America's Got Talent took place from July 16, 2013 to July 17, 2013, in Las Vegas. A total of at least 84 acts were either seen or shown to perform. 60 acts proceeded to the Quarterfinals, and at least 24 acts were eliminated.
Process

For the first time in America's Got Talent, 60 acts, instead of 48 as in the past three seasons, will be moving on to the live shows. The acts were divided into three categories. One consisted of 30 acts sent straight through to the live performance shows. Another consisted of acts being eliminated without performing. The final group would perform for the 30 remaining spots.
